Using the Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver framework, I set out to understand the financial struggles young people face today—diving into their habits, frustrations, and needs when it comes to credit, savings, and financial security. This section highlights the early insights, rough sketches, UX challenges, and iterative solutions that shaped PlutoPay’s concept.
